For over 30 years, Flannerys have been making high quality, natural, organic and ethical sourced food available to all. From humble beginnings and a single store in Tweed Heads, Flannerys now have stores dotted across southern Queensland. Harmonica were tasked with updating the Flannerys brand and bringing it to life across their new flagship store and cafe at Victoria Point.
Looking at the key values of the Flannerys story, we focused on inclusions of authentic raw textures like timber, polished concrete and exposed brick. The interior graphics were inspired by traditional sign writing and simple honest messaging. Typography was the main hero in the design with playful type lockups highlighting nutritional values and general good-ness that aligns with the brand tone of voice. The new Flannerys supermarket location styling was rolled out across external signage, wayfinding, point of sale, promotional and educational materials.
