Successful property buying agents, Eva and Tony Coughran approached us to rebrand their business, VFM Property Advisors. Providing a premium service to their clients, they felt their current brand was no longer speaking to the correct audience and therefore were looking to re-imagine their brand for the higher end of the market.
Alongside the commercial side of the business, we were asked to create a new online space that would speak directly to the target market. The opposite of a tourist brochure, this new space would provide a collection of local insights on life, design, business and property on the Gold Coast.
An abbreviation of ‘Value For Money’, it was identified that the current name wasn’t aligning with the desired perception. With no integration into the brand story there was no way for clients to connect the philosophy with the name. It was therefore agreed to move away from the name entirely and create a new, more considered, direction for the brand. The new name, Simply Gold Coast Property Advisors, came from the core vision to simplify the buying process at every stage. From here, the blog-style website was named Simply Gold Coast.
Designed to work seamlessly together whilst each retaining their own distinct personalities, we developed elegant, simple brands for both sides of the business. Inspired by the sunny, vibrant and relaxed Gold Coast lifestyle the brands are fresh and optimistic with a sophisticated professional tone that speaks directly to the desired audience.
We applied the new brands across web, stationery, internal documentation and a showcase printed brochure. We also produced an in depth brand guidelines document along with social media templates – allowing the brand to appear its very best across all touchpoints.
Harmonica created two complimentary brands that speak directly to the affluent target audience whilst reflecting the sunny, vibrant and laid back lifestyle available on the Gold Coast.
